An income certificate (aay praman patra) is an official statement of your family’s annual income, issued by the revenue department. It’s one of the most-requested documents for scholarships, fee concessions, EWS certificates and welfare schemes.
Apply on the official MP e-District portal, or ask any MP Online kiosk / CSC centre to do it for a small charge. Keep the income proof ready — a salary slip or Form 16 if you’re salaried, or a self-declaration if you’re not.
